Maurizio and Stefania have born in Maruggio, a very small town in the countryside of Jonic cost, in the northest part of Salento, the place where they have been living their entire life. They got married very young and started living together sharing love and deep values.

After many sacrifices and without turning back, they succeed in creating their lovely home where they grew up their kids.

Today Maurizio and Stefania family is very cooperative and have realized the Bed & Breakfast Lì Tarìci where their family was born: in their lovely home.

The Roots , ‘Lì Tarìci’ in the local dialect, is the name they have given to their renewed project . The B&B is a totally family-run turist accommodation where guests can enjoy their best holiday in Salento.

Only 500 mt from the medioeval city center part of the “borghi più belli d’Italia club” ( the wonderful Italian ancient village club”;

Only 1,500 mt from The “Seven Colours Sea” in Campomarino where visitors can enjoy some of the most interesting and attractive beaches in Puglia (9 km of neverended Wonderful Coast)

Maruggio is a medioeval small town, once part of Order of Malta’s heritage. It is located in the upper part of Salento, in Taranto province, very close to Brindisi and Lecce districts: a strategic place to visit the most visited touristic places in lower part of Puglia such as Otranto, Ostuni, Alberobello, Campomarino beaches, Punta Prosciutto, Porto Cesareo and Gallipoli.

Campomarino, as already mentioned only 1,500 mt from B&B Lì Tarici, is also a significant site for naturalistic excursions being part of the famous Parco delle Dune (Dune Park) created for saving the “macchia mediterranea” (mediterranea maquis) and its colture of thyme, rosemary, juniper.
